No. The Wells Gardner D9400 arcade monitor plugs directly into an ordinary wall socket, just like any other computer monitor.

A: No. The D9400 plugs directly into your computer's video card. Note: The connection is NOT DVI, it's VGA.
Do I need to use scanlines with the D9400?
A: No. The D9400 is a true arcade monitor and has natural scanlines; no software scanlines are necessary.
Do I have to do anything extra to run Windows™ or OSX™ on the D9400?
