MAME32 R.I.P.

While the holiday season had everyone running in circles, something snuck right past many classic gaming enthusiasts... MAME32 died.
Ok, so that's being a bit dramatic about it. But MAME32 is indeed no more, as it has now been renamed MAMEUI "to avoid naming confusion w/ the core going into the 64bit world." You see, the died story was much more interesting. Unfortunately the X-Arcade controller config file is still missing, so we'll stick with MAME Plus!.

Best Freeware Games of '07 - In 30 Categories!

They're calling it the best year for gaming ever. If so, which games really made it one to remember? Well there's only one way to really find out. This year is also the best year for gaming Best-of lists because most of them are doing it in a nice video form. SPOILER: One thing can't be overlooked here, Mario dominated!

Bionic Commando Rearmed
20 years after the 8-bit classic was released, a famous classic side-scrolling game is reporting back for duty with Bionic Commando Rearmed, a remake of the classic NES game. Bionic Commando Rearmed recreates the world of the original with a complete "2.5D" visual revamp. But enough talk, have a look at this amazing game in motion in the video below.
